Why won’t the website accept my voucher code?
Enter the voucher code provided in the space/box provided on your account web page and click on the “process” button. The e-learning should appear below, just click on the “view purchased document” button to open the e-learning.
If you are having problems entering your voucher code, please email firstname.lastname@example.org who will reply as soon as possible. Please provide the email address that you used to create your account and a contact number on your email, so we can speak to you if we need to.
The voucher code has a one off usage per account so if you use the code and take the quiz / test it will not work a second time on the account. If you experience problems please contact us at email@example.com and we will help to resolve any issues as soon as possible.
How long will I have wait to access my competition quiz / test?
You will be able to view the Top Technician / Top Garage quiz / test immediately you enter the voucher code into the voucher code. Alongside the quiz / test will be a series of articles which will remain on your account indefinitely so please feel free to enter and exit whenever you wish.
Please note that if the quiz / test / articles are not initially visible you may have to refresh your internet browser for the “view purchased document” button to appear.
